To create a digital engagement that will serve as the introduction to the KABU line/brand to the second generation of Build-A-Bear fans through mobile gameplay, which encourages positive thinking, teamwork and cooperation.
With play patterns changing and children becoming more digitally focused, it was apparent that the value of toy and digital integration had to be tied closely together. By delivering a mobile gaming experience, we found that we could extend the value of the KABU brand beyond traditional gameplay.
Creata’s digital team created a bubble shooter game that will promote the core values of the KABU brand, while tying the physical toy experience through our ‘toy recognition’ technology. Upon unlocking their KABU via the toy scan feature, children will have the unique experience of exploring the different levels within gameplay.
